for registration and submission of abstracts/papers for participation in the International Scientific Conference “Young Scientists — the Consolidating Power of the World Science and Culture”

Registration

It is necessary to fill in the conference registration form and submit it together with the abstract of the paper to the Organizing committee to participate in the conference.

General Requirements for Registration of Paper Abstracts

We kindly ask you to follow the next requirements for registration of paper abstracts:

1. Paper abstracts are submitted to the Organizing Committee by e-mail.

The volume of abstracts of papers should not exceed 1, 5 pages (at one-and-a-half space, type size 14) of А 4 format (210?297 mm).

2. The file should contain line by line:

The last name, name, patronymic of the author (s) (in a complete form), an academic degree, an academic title, in brackets the name of the country in an abbreviated form, font size 14, semi-bold face, with the alignment on a page center;

a title of the paper in capital letters, font size 14, semi-boldface, with the alignment on a page center;

It is necessary that a line of spacing (empty line) should be left before proceeding to type the rest of the text of the abstract.

3. The main content of the abstract should be typed in the Times New Roman with font size 14 and should be aligned by the page width. Each paragraph should begin with an indented line. Margins: top and bottom — 2, 0 cm. left — 2, 5 cm, right — 1, 5 cm.

4. Pages of the abstract should not be numbered.

5. The paper abstracts are accepted only in the format of Word document (with file of doc).

6. Corrections and additions to abstracts are not accepted. Abstracts may be rejected by the decision of the Organizing Committee.

Submission of abstracts, registration forms and other materials

Abstracts, registration forms as well as passport copies for visa support and hotel reservation (after receiving the official invitation of the Organizing Committee) should be submitted to the Organizing Committee by e-mail to the following addresses- history@online.tm; taryh_turkmen@mail.ru by July15, 2013.

The reply letter of the Organizing Committee would be our guarantee of receiving your abstracts and the registration form of a conference participant.

Upon consideration of paper abstracts the Organizing Committee will send an official invitation letter for participation in the conference to your address.

All trip and accommodation expenses of conference participants in Turkmenistan, who have received the official invitation of the Organizing Committee, will be covered by the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

The Organizing Committee provides visa support as well as transport facility from and to the airport for the participants of the conference upon their arrival and departure after the end of the conference.
