International Scientific Conference “Young Scientists — the Consolidating Power of the World Science and Culture”

Dear colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the International Scientific Conference “Young Scientists — the Consolidating Power of the World Science and Culture” which will be held in Ashgabat city on September 4 — 5, 2013. The conference is conducted on the grounds of Decree № 12527 of August 29, 2012 of the President of Turkmenistan.

The organizer is the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

The following sections will work at the conference:

• The Cooperation of Young Scientists in the Field of the Humanities on the Way of Interaction of Cultures and Dialogue of Civilizations.
• The Collaboration of Young Scientists in the Field of Exact and Natural Sciences as the Main Engine of Technological Progress. Achievements and Perspectives.
• The Role and Importance of Art, Languages and Traditions in Forming of Spiritual and Philosophical Values of the Youth.
• The Improvement of Methods and Forms of Training Young Scientific Personnel of High Qualification in the Field of Science and Technology and the Role of Tutorship in Providing Continuity in Science.
• Young Scientists and Innovative Way of Development.

The conference aims at wide discussion of urgent issues concerning the collaboration of young scientists in the field of science and ways of their constructive development, the analysis of achievements and perspectives, summarizing experience of foreign scientists and the detection of new possibilities in various fields of science; the discussion of methods and ways of young scientists training; the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation for the implementation of new projects on the development of science and culture.
